1. Product
AI Context Optimizer is a digital product consisting of prompt compression templates, a token cost calculator, and a quick reference guide, delivered as a downloadable ZIP file. The product is sold by kwerkstudio ("we", "us") and fulfilled through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
2. Acceptance
By purchasing or using this product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
3. License
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates and tools in your own projects. You may use them in commercial and personal work. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the templates as a standalone product or as part of a competing product.
4. Delivery
The product is delivered as an instant digital download after payment. Because this is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that you waive any right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply under applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU right of withdrawal for digital goods.
5. Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the product does not match its description, contact us within 14 days for a refund. Refund requests are processed through Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their refund policy. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.
6. Intellectual property
All content in this product, including text, code, and structure, is owned by kwerkstudio. The license granted in Section 3 does not transfer ownership. The compression techniques described in the templates are general knowledge; our specific expression, examples, and instructional content are protected.
7. Accuracy
Token counts, compression ratios, and cost savings shown in the templates are estimates based on specific models and pricing at the time of writing. Actual results vary depending on your prompts, models, and provider pricing. We do not guarantee specific savings.
8. Limitation of liability
This product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid.
9. Payment and taxes
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles sales tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes on our behalf. Prices are displayed in USD.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the update. Your existing license is governed by the terms in effect at the time of your purchase.
